Statement of Authenticity of Scientific Work
JOURNAL SCOPE
JDK publishes original research articles and reviews in various health disciplines.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Manuscripts must be submitted by one of the authors through the Open Journal System (OJS). Prior to submission, authors must ensure the format of the manuscript is in accordance with JDK guidelines. Articles that are not written according to journal guidelines will be rejected.
Upload a statement of originality & author contribution, main article file (doc/microsoft word file) and additional materials (if any). For technical assistance, please send an email to jurnalpengmasdedikasi@gmail.com.
EDITORIAL AND PEER-REVIEW PROCEDURES
Initial Screening
All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by experienced editors to determine if they are properly prepared and if they follow the journal's ethics policy and contain all required disclosures.
All submitted manuscripts will be checked for correctness of references. Incomplete, incorrect, or unclear/misleading references may result in rejection of the article.
All submitted articles will be checked for grammar, including English. At this stage, authors may be asked to edit the language by the editor according to the EYD and good and correct Indonesian grammar.
Submitted articles will be checked for plagiarism using Turnitin (online plagiarism detection software).
Poorly prepared manuscripts will be returned to the authors for revision and resubmission.
Manuscripts with insufficient originality, inappropriate scientific or technical weaknesses, or lack of a significant message, or if not prepared according to the journal's instructions will be rejected without peer review.
Editorial Decision and Revision
Reports from all reviewers will be considered when making decisions on submitted manuscripts. The editor-in-chief will make the final decision, based on the reviewers' comments. The journal manager may consult with different experts and editors to reach an appropriate decision.
Authors are requested to respond to all reviewers and submit thoughtful clarifications to comments from reviewers and journal editors. Authors should provide a clear response in the rebuttal letter if they disagree with the reviewer or editor.
Appeals
Authors can appeal against a negative decision with appropriate arguments if they feel there was a gross misunderstanding of a technical aspect or failure to understand the scientific progress demonstrated by the manuscript. Appeals requesting a second opinion without sufficient grounds will not be considered. Please write to the journal via email to submit an appeal. Appeals will only be considered from the original submitting author.
Galley of Evidence and Publication
Manuscripts accepted for publication are subject to copy editing for grammar, punctuation, print style, and formatting. Page proofs are sent to the corresponding author. Corresponding authors are expected to return corrected proofs within seven days. The entire process of manuscript submission to final decision and submission and receipt of proofs is completed through an online submission and peer-review system.

Acknowledgments [if necessary]
References
Appendices [if necessary]
Abbreviations used [if necessary]

MATERIALS AND METHODS
Please provide brief but complete information on the analytical, statistical and experimental materials and procedures used. This section should be as clear as possible to allow other scientists to repeat the research presented. The use of subheadings to divide the text is encouraged. The main heading should be in FOLD CAPITAL LETTERS. Secondary or subheadings should be in bold and capitalized at the beginning of words only.
